Park Circle has been integral in bringing new interest to the North Charleston area. More industrial than other Charleston neighborhoods, creative entrepreneurs have been paving the path for years, drawn to the affordable warehouse spaces for work and charming bungalows for residences. 

Notable Homes and Buildings: Formed in 1912, Park Circle was created as one of only two English garden-style communities in the United States. The Navy Yard has several buildings on the National Register of Historic Places, and the area is a unique blend of small businesses, military buildings, fishing and spaces in restoration.   

Neighborhood Restaurants and Shopping: Park Circle offers a number of dining options, from Sesame to EVO and Park Circle Pizza. The nearby Mixson Market sells charcuterie and cheese platters for an outdoor picnic and Mixson Bath & Racquet Club has an on-site restaurant called Basico offering a stylish take on Latin street food.
